A Regional Franchisor needs to be a fully accredited broker. You may simultaniously operate your own finance broking franchise or run a stand-alone Regional Franchise business.
Selling franchises involves marketing, sending information, interviewing and assessing candidates, and the provision of contract documents to successful applicants. We do not sell franchises just because someone has the money to buy!, they need to have the right skill-set for success, otherwise they will become a problem to you in your second function as a Regional Franchisor.
Supporting and nurturing is much harder if you sell a franchise to someone who does not have the right attributes, so it is important that you select carefully. Having picked the right members for your region, you will involve yourself in helping them to develop their business. You will have the responsibility of using the franchisees marketing fees to help produce loan leads for your region. You will conduct annual business reviews, perform monthly (minimum) 'pro-active' calls and hold regional meeting at least every six weeks.
You will be a good communicator, a tactful negotiator, and have strong business skills. You will be a modern business manager that understands that the success of your franchisees is your success.
